Cut a long story short we arrived at the location and were informed by a waiter that the river cruise is cancelled due to lack of staff and they offered us unlimited mulled wine instead. They gave us vouchers to use for the cruise to use on another day so we closed one eye. Shortly after, we realized that there will not be any live music/entertainment, nothing! The only positive thing was that when we complained to the waiter and manager they gave us the money back but we still wasted 1.5/2 hours of our vacation!”
