When we turned up for the tour we were told that Schindler's factory closed early on Mondays and that all the tickets were gone. Even though entry to the museum is not included in the tour price, viator advertises that time is allocated for this during the tour. If this is not available on Mondays then this should be clearly stated otherwise this is false advertising. As we had booked this tour for our last day in Krakow it meant we were unable to visit Schindler's at all which was…”

Esspecially in summer when it‘s so hot outside sitting in the shades and not having to walk too much is really helpful to concentrate on the tour. Defintely would recommend, the guide is willing to stop where and whenever you like so you have Time to take pictures it ask more questions. Loved it!”
